How to install axial fan

        Generally speaking, there are four screws on the axial fan, and then it is fixedly installed. Finding four of these screws is actually quite simple. Since there are many such installations on the roof, the installation foundation needs to be higher than the top plate, the surface should be flat to prevent water leakage, and the anchor bolts need to be pre-installed to prevent it from falling and hurting people.

       A layer of rubber sheet needs to be added between its base and base to reduce vibration and effectively place anchor bolts and other parts that fall off due to vibration. It also needs to be carefully checked before operation, especially the rotation of the fan impeller, which needs to be checked repeatedly. At the beginning of the trial operation, start the motor first and check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct, so as to effectively ensure the normal operation of the axial flow fan. In use, if there is strong vibration or abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. If the motor emits white smoke or the motor temperature is too high, take appropriate measures immediately. A basic inspection should be carried out after the axial fan has been running continuously for 72 hours, and damaged parts should be inspected and replaced every six months. When the damper is an electric damper, the damper should be opened first when the fan is turned on. After closing, first turn off the fan, and then close the damper. If it snows in winter or ice age, it should be opened frequently to prevent heavy snow from blocking the outlet of the fan after long-term shutdown, and put it into normal operation after inspection.
